Join PIANY at Long Island RAP, April 26

Plan to attend PIANY’s Long Island Regional Awareness Program at Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury. Join your association Wednesday, April 26 for a day of education, networking opportunities and more.

Enjoy a luncheon keynoted by legendary New York Islander Clark "Jethro" Gillies. One of the famed Islanders’ "Trio Grande," Gillies is remembered as one of the league’s premier power forwards during the second half of the 1970s and early 1980s. In a career that spanned 958 games, Gillies notched 319 goals, 378 assists and 1,023 penalty minutes. The Islanders retired Gillies’ number 9 Jersey in 1996 and he was elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2002.

Also during the luncheon, your association will recognize Barry Goldstein, chariman and CEO of Kingstone Insurance Co., as the Long Island RAP Executive of the Year award winner and Johanna Keep, senior vice president personal lines of CMS LLC., will receive the Long Island RAP Distinguished Insurance Service award.

With two education sessions taught by popular insurance expert Cathy Trischan, CPCU, CIC, CRM, AU, ARM, AAI, CRIS, MLIS, attendees will have the opportunity to earn up to five CE credits. The sessions—Drones and Uber—Handling Emerging Risks and Errors and Omissions in the Cyber Age—focus on the new complex insurance issues brought about by various advances in technology, communication and innovation.

Registration will be available online until the afternoon of Monday, April 24 after which, registration will be available at the door of the event.
