NCCI WC filing approved as filed

The New Hampshire Insurance Department issued its final rate order on the National Council on Compensation Insurance workers' compensation loss cost and assigned risk rate filing to be effective Jan. 1, 2017, for new and renewal voluntary and assigned risk policies.

The overall  voluntary loss cost level change of -9.0 percent was approved as filed and the overall assigned risk rate change of -9.4 percent was approved as filed.
