NHID approves NCCI loss costs as filed

The New Hampshire Insurance Department issued its final rate order on the National Council on Compensation Insurance workers compensation loss cost and assigned risk rate filing. The overall voluntary loss-cost level change of -5.9 percent was approved as filed. An overall premium level change for the assigned risk rate-change of -7.1 percent was approved in lieu of the filed -5.5 percent. These loss costs and rates are effective Jan. 1, 2015, for new and renewal policies.
