Networking luncheon with
Congresswoman Bonnie Watson Coleman, D-12

Congresswoman Bonnie Watson Coleman took time out of her busy schedule to come and discuss the power of women in the insurance industry as well as business and politics in general. She talked about how women are now more than ever serving in in stronger roles in what has been primarily male dominated industries and the importance of continuing to do so.

Congresswoman Bonnie Watson Coleman, D-12, is the first woman from the Democratic Party in New Jersey to be elected to Congress in more than 35 years. She also is the first woman elected to Congress from New Jersey since 2002 (Congresswoman Margaret Roukema, R-5). With her dynamic political history, she continues a family legacy of public service as she fights for women, economic and socially disadvantaged populations and other vulnerable groups throughout the Garden State.

PIANJ Women's Business Forum is designed to promote career and agency development for the state's female agency executives; foster relationships, both professional and personal; and create a comfortable environment in which participants can further develop existing business and leadership skills.
