Jessica Kearney
Vice President, Public Policy at Travelers Institute
Jessica Kearney is the vice president of Public Policy at the Travelers Institute, where she leads thought leadership initiatives on key issues affecting the insurance and financial services industries, including cybersecurity, small-business advocacy, auto safety and disaster preparedness. She co-created, produces and guest hosts the Travelers Institute’s webinar series to help business and risk professionals navigate complex challenges. Kearney also serves on the company’s Autonomous and Electric Vehicles Working Groups, and she presents at client and industry conferences. Prior to joining Travelers, she held multiple roles at the Council on Foreign Relations. She holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from Northeastern University.
