Leslie Driscoll is the CEO of Tronilo Driscoll Insurance Agency and a dedicated insurance professional with over 35 years of industry experience. For the past 15 years, she has proudly operated her independent retail agency in Ozone Park, New York, where she continues to serve her community with care, integrity, and personal commitment. Known for her vibrant energy and fun-loving demeanor, Leslie has earned a reputation as an insurance rockstar. She lives by the motto, “Love what you do,” bringing passion and purpose to every aspect of her work. Leslie has held member roles in associations such as NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals), served as a board member of BNI (Business Networking International), been part of the executive board of the Latin American Business Association (LABA), and participated in the Ozone Park and Woodhaven Kiwanis Club of New York. She has most recently been involved with the PIA (Professional Insurance Agents) Association, contributing to conference and education committees.
Through her involvement in these organizations, she continues to support community development, foster professional growth, and advocate for meaningful connections within the i ndustry. Leslie is excited about the future and remains deeply committed to serving others while building lasting relationships along the way.
Leslie is also excited to serve as an educator for the new NYAIP continuing education course, where she will be conducting the seminar in Spanish. Through this initiative, she aims to assist Spanish-speaking insurance agents in understanding and complying with New York State regulations and NYAIP requirements, helping ensure accessibility, clarity, and compliance for agents across the industry.
