Scott is the Director of Performance at Beyond Insurance and a nationally recognized industry leader. Named one of the “25 Most Innovative Agents in America” by The National Alliance, he is also a Franklin Award recipient and a Philadelphia finalist for Inc./Ernst & Young’s “Entrepreneur of the Year.” A prolific writer, Scott authored Summit…Reach Your Peak and Elevate Your Customers’ Experience and has been published in Rough Notes, Forbes, Insurance, CEO Magazine, Sales and Service Excellence, and PIA Magazine. Scott founded The Addis Group in 1990 and grew it from a startup with no carriers or revenue into one of the nation’s leading risk management and insurance brokerage firms, now part of McGriff Insurance Services. Previously, he served as vice president at Johnson & Higgins, managing major accounts such as Comcast, Aqua Pennsylvania, the University of Pennsylvania, and Campbell’s Soup. A Princeton graduate, Scott holds the CPCU, CRA, and TRA designations. He is active in his community, serving on several nonprofit and institutional boards. He resides in Bryn Mawr, PA.
