Mark is currently employed as a Commercial Underwriter & Marketing Representative with the Oswego County Mutual Insurance Company of Parish, NY. Mark received his Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1995 and obtained his Certificate of General Insurance in 1991. Mark continues to maintain a valid New York State insurance broker's license and has been an active instructor for CIC and CISR institutes since 2001. He is the Educational Consultant for CIC institutes conducted in New York and current resides in Hastings, NY.

Bruce M McCreadie

BRUCE M. McCREADIE, CIC, AAI, CPIABruce McCreadie is the founder and president of American PEO Insurers, a virtual agency that specializes in providing insurances for Professional Employer Organizations and Staffing Companies across the country. Bruce commenced his agency career as a founding partner in “Ashlyn & McCreadie Insurance and Financial Services” in Denver, Colorado. This agency was driven by a very active sales center operation that marketed Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Life, Health, and Financial Services.Upon retiring to Florida, Bruce opened a new agency in Tallahassee marketing personal and commercial lines. The agency was very successful in that it was a “laboratory” where the latest in technology and marketing & sales ideas were implemented. During this time Bruce also served on the Faculty of Florida State University, College of Business, Department of Risk Management and Insurance.Bruce is a graduate of Florida State University majoring in “Business Management” with minor coursework in “Risk Management and Insurance.” Bruce is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), an Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), and a Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA). Additionally, Bruce has served on various Boards of The National Alliance and currently serves on the Florida State University Executive Council of the Dr. William T. Hold/The National Alliance Program in Risk Management & Insurance.

Brian Bartosh

CIC, LUTCF

Brian Bartosh is President of Top O’ Michigan Insurance, based in Alpena, Michigan. Brian began his career in 1979 as an agent with his father’s agency. In 1980, Brian implemented the first agency management system. Brian has served as chair of the users group for Applied Systems (now known as Applied Client Network) and also previously as President in the late 1990’s. He has primarily focused on product development and implementation of interface between agents and companies. He currently participates and leads many working groups in the industry to focus on enhancing the client experiences. He serves as Secretary of the ID Federation (Sign On Once) and serves as the industry liaison to ACORD for the ACORD Users Group Information Exchange (AUGIE). He also participates on the Agent’s Council on Technology (ACT) committee and other industry organizations such as ACORD, IVANS and others. Brian has received both his Life Underwriters Training Council Fellowship (LUTCF) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations. He has also serves as a National Faculty Member of The National Alliance and presents on the topic of Agency Management.Although much time is spent on supporting the industry, Brian also enjoys the outdoors and RVing with his wife, Julie.
