Donna Chiapperino is the Sales Director for GuideOne Insurance, leading the sales and distribution for the company throughout NY, NJ and New England. She works closely with GuideOne’s agency partners on all lines of commercial business, with a focus on non-profits, private education, non-profit senior living and religious institutions. During her more than 20 years in the industry, Donna has been involved with PIA in various roles. She has served as Treasurer, Vice President, and President of PIANY, Treasurer and president of PIANY-YIP among others. She also worked closely with PIA National to establish the National YIP Award and the National YIP Working Group. She was featured in Rough Notes magazine multiple times for her efforts with recruiting young people into the insurance industry. Donna lives in Rockland County with her husband and their three children.
