Bruno is a member of the National Faculty for CIC and has taught 28 different subjects in Agency Management, Commercial Casualty, and Personal Lines in CIC institutes, Advanced Coverage and Ruble Seminars for all of the associations that sponsor CIC. Bruno has spoken at many state and national conventions, and has been a contributing author for a number of industry publications. He was named Educator of the Year by PIANY in 1989. Bruno is involved in the development of the IIAANY's Agency Management MASTER Certificate, and IIA's ACSR Programs. He is also a faculty member for those programs.Bruno served as a member of the PIANY Board of Directors and is the past chairman of PIANY's CIC Trustees, Young Insurance Professionals, Communication and Education committees. It was for his extraordinary service on the Education Committee that Bruno was named chairman of the year in 1987. Bruno has served on many other committees within our industry, including the State Licensing Exam Review Committee.Prior to his involvement in training and consulting Bruno was a principal in a medium size agency and later went on to serve as vice president and general manager of a cluster group. In his capacity as general manager of the cluster group he served as a management consultant for all the agencies within the group. He was involved in over 40 acquisitions and mergers, and consulted on more than 100 other agency acquisitions and mergers.
