In her role as associate counsel, Danielle N. Caswell, Esq., is responsible for creating and maintaining association reference resources, tracking and reporting on significant case law developments affecting members, and teaching insurance-related courses. She earned her bachelor's degree from New York University, New York, N.Y., and her law degree from Brooklyn Law School, Brooklyn, N.Y.Prior to joining PIA, Danielle was an associate at a New York City law firm, where she focused primarily on intellectual property and entertainment-related transactional and litigation matters.
