Sarah Coli, Esq., joined the PIA Government & Industry Affairs team in September 2015 and currently holds the position of government affairs counsel. Coli serves as in-house counsel, responsible for managing public affairs agendas in multiple states, tracking legislation, regulations, significant case-law developments and drafting position statements and testimonies. Additionally, she acts as a legal resource for members, responding to association members' legal questions, reporting on legislative and regulatory issues, providing contract reviews and writing articles for association publications.

Prior to PIA, Coli investigated unfair labor practices, assisted in litigation preparation and worked alongside attorneys during hearings with the National Labor Relations Board in Hartford, Conn. She has an extensive history assisting attorneys in drafting contracts, leases and legal complaints. In addition, she has handled New York no-fault and property damage claims for State Farm Insurance Co.
