NYCIRB files 11.7 percent loss cost decrease

The New York Compensation Insurance Rating Board has filed its annual loss cost indication with the New York State Department of Financial Services, requesting a decrease of 11.7 percent in the overall workers’ compensations loss cost level in New York state.
