Rogoff receives presidential citation from PIANY

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J.-Leslie Rogoff, commercial lines manager for Madison Avenue Brokerage in New York City, received a presidential citation from the Professional Insurance Agents of New York State Inc., at the at the associations annual conference held at the Trump Taj Mahal Resort Casino, June 8-10.

This citation was given in appreciation for Rogoffs ongoing efforts to help guide the association and implement programs to benefit its members and for her ongoing and unwavering support of New Yorks professional insurance agents. Her work on PIANYs Education/Conference Committee was the foundation for its success.

"Leslie has been a respected and effective leader in the insurance industry. There are numerous examples PIA can cite, for which she has helped PIANY serve its members," said Alan Plafker, CPIA, president of PIANY. "PIANY is proud to present her with this presidential citation."

A PIANY member for several years, Rogoff has served as chairperson of the Education/Conference Committee; as a member of the Member, Benefits & Services Committee and she is chairperson of the New York City Advisory Council.

In 2012, Rogoff was named Committee Chair of the Year. This award recognizes the time and effort agent volunteers give to help guide the association and implement programs to benefit its members. 

PIANY is a trade association representing professional, independent insurance agencies and their employees throughout the state.
