PIACT Young Insurance Professionals elect officers and directors

HARTFORD, Conn.–Officers of the Professional Insurance Agents of Connecticut Inc. Young Insurance Professionals were re-elected today during PIACTs Annual Business Meeting, at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Conn.

Nicholas Ruickoldt, CPIA, of The Russell Insurance Agency in Southport, Conn., will serve as president.

Nick Khamarji Jr., of New England Insurance in Bridgeport, Conn., will serve as vice president.

Ian King, CPA, of C. Lewis & Co. in Norwalk, Conn., will serve as treasurer.

Assaf Ben-Atar, Esq., of Bridgeport, Conn. will serve as secretary.

Elected to serve on the CTYIP board of directors are: Crystal Cathcart of MarketStance in Middletown, Conn.; Cathy Finlayson of Servpro of New Haven in New Haven, Conn.; Allyson Kataja of ServiceMaster by Wills in New London, Conn., John Mastroianni of Sals Clothing Restoration in North Haven, Conn.; Don Perillo of Glass America in Elmhurst, Il.; Bud ONeil, CPIA, of C.V. Mason & Co. Inc. in Bristol, Conn.; Kathleen Bailey, ACSR, CLCS, of The Russell Agency, in Southport, Conn., and Marsha Hillman of Crystal Restoration Services in Southington, Conn.

The CTYIP is an organization dedicated to the professional and personal growth of newcomers to the insurance industry. It is an affiliate of PIACT, a trade association representing professional, independent insurance agencies and their employees throughout the state.
