Krause elected president-elect of PIACT

HARTFORD, Conn.—Michael A. Krause, CIC, of Branford, Conn., was elected president-elect of the Professional Insurance Agents of Connecticut Inc., at the association’s Annual Convention, March 9-10, at the Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Conn.

Krause is vice president of Anderson-Krause Inc., in Branford.

An active member of PIACT, Krause is vice president overseeing the Education and Conference Committee as well as chair of the Association Programs Committee. He is a member of the Executive/Budget & Finance Committee.

Active in his community, Krause serves as chairperson of the Branford Board of Education. He is a director of Applied Users Group and an American Junior Legion Baseball Coach.
