. Frequently asked questions about the registration process
are summarized below.
1. What is my username?
A username is a name accepted to access a computer system. To
enter members-only portions of the PIA Web site, you will have
to create a username and a password.
Your username is the email address you use when you register.
2. What is my password?
A password authorizes your access to information on a computer
system. Your password must contain at least one letter (either uppercase or lowercase),
one number, and cannot be smaller than 8 characters long.
3. What if my username
or password doesn’t work when entered?
Check caps lock is NOT on. Try again. If it is still not working, you can
reset your password.
4. Is it okay to
use the numbers on the right-hand keypad of my keyboard for my
username and password?
Yes, it is acceptable to use them for both. But, remember to always
have the “num lock” key on when doing so.
5. What if I forgot
my username or password?
