Determined to bring Main Street to Capitol Hill, a delegation from PIANY joined the PIA Federal Legislative Summit in Washington, D.C., on March 25-26. The event was a great success as your association was able to speak directly to federal legislators about the policies that matter most to you.

Scott Liebert, CIC; PIANY Directors Anthony Kammas, Fred Holender, CLU, CPCU, ChFC, MSFS, and John Tomassi, CPCU; PIANY immediate past President Alan Plafker, CPIA; PIANY past Presidents Jeffrey H. Greenfield, and Michael J. Skeele, CIC, CPIA; PIANY-YIP past President and PIANY Committee Member Gino A. Orrino, CPIA; and PIANY Director of Government Affairs Matthew F. Guilbault, Esq.

PIANY advocated on a number of issues but focused primarily on flood insurance, tax reform and insurance regulation.
