The conference offered six continuing education
courses, held throughout two days. Participants had the option to participate

risk management overview and program development; E&O client
life cycle and coverage issues and Street-level ethics,
by Judith G. Durst, CPIA, CIC, CPCU, AU, ARe; and Generating revenue
through service excellence, by Debra Titus of Dale Carnegie Training.
