What is the relationship between ethics and the choices we make to protect our agencies against E&O? Is the best ethical decision always the best E&O decision? This course begins with a discussion of the ethical responsibilities of insurance producers and the different approaches to decision-making. We will look at some of the situations faced by agents from ethical and E&O perspectives, discussing specific measures that can be taken by the agent.
