Hotel Reservations for the 2010 Joint Annual Conference: You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations.

As of 5/20/10, The Trump Taj Mahal Sold out of our Room Block for the NY/NJ Conference. 

PIA has reserved an overflow block of rooms at Resorts.

Resorts is connected to the Taj, via the Conference level of the Taj.  Our rate is $79/night+ for Sunday and Monday nights. Below is the reservation info for Resorts. 

Individual Call-In Reservations – Group Code: VPIA10

Each individual guest will be responsible for making their own reservations through Resort's Casino Hotel Reservation Department bycalling 1-800-322-1399

Each guest must identify themselves with the Professional Insurance Agents of NY & NJ or group code: VPIA10 in order to receive the group discounted rate.

Resort's requires a one night's room deposit, per room, to guarantee individual accommodations and reservations that are cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the check in date will result in the one night's room and tax being forfeited.

Check in time is 4p.m. – Monday through Saturday

Check in time is 6p.m. – Sunday, June 13 th , 2010

Check out time for all days – 12 noon

Rate: $79.00 plus 14% tax ($11.06), $2.00 Tourism Promotion Fee and $3.00 Occupancy Fee per room per night = $95.06 inclusive per night

Rooms: All PIA guests will be upgraded to Resorts deluxe Rendezvous Tower

Parking: $5.00 per stay for valet and self parking.
