The active Young Insurance Professionals organizations are dedicated to helping insurance personnel, agency and business vendors enhance their professional development by providing opportunities for increasing knowledge and building a community of professional contacts. Programs and services are designed to meet the needs of individuals at the start of their career and those who have been in the business less than ten years.

This department oversees the organizations' many activities, including education seminars, legislative activities, community fundraising efforts, publications and networking events.
