The Communication Department is responsible
for public relations, publications, graphic design, copywriting,
PIA Web site and creative services.
Implementing public relations and publication efforts on behalf
of association members through contact with the media and consumer
sources is an important function of the department. Primary publications
include state specific editions of PIA magazine,
PIA Reporter and e-newsletters.
The Creative Services unit is responsible for the design and
production of agency management tools geared
toward helping members fulfill their agency

The PIA Web site has become an important source of information
for members. The management of that site is the responsibility
of the Communication Department.

This comprehensive kit contains a wide range of
