Personal Risk Management: Cars, Homes,
Life & Health, 9 AM-12 PM
CTCE: 3PC (107067)
Account development today goes way beyond basic insurance coverage solutions. In this program we will address concepts to analyze, assess and treat the client's personal assets, including property, liability, life and health.
Participants will be led through a discussion of methods to uncovering hidden risks...many of our customer's don't even realize they have these exposures! We will explore those exposures that are automatically covered on a policy, those that should be covered on a policy and those that cannot be covered by insurance. |

Condominium Coverages & Common HO Endorsements
1 PM-4 PM
CTCE: 3PC (106981)
After mastering this topic, participants will have a comprehensive understanding of Condominium Coverages. This presentation will provide the participant with an overview of condominium ownership and the unique property and liability exposures that are created for the individual unit-owner, including their state laws that affect ownership.
Special emphasis is given to the importance and role of the Condominium/ Community Association Agreement and/or Bylaws in determining the unit-owner's insurance needs.
Discussion will then focus on coverage comparisons between the HO 00 03 - Special Form Homeowners Policy and the HO 00 06-Unit-Owners Form.
Participants are then presented with uncovered exposures on the policy and commonly used endorsements on both the HO3 and HO6 policies.
