ATLANTIC CITY, N.J.–Donna M. Cunningham, CPIA, of Florham Park N.J., was elected president of Professional Insurance Agents of New Jersey Inc. at the association’s annual business conference at the Trump Taj Mahal Resort Casino in Atlantic City.

Cunningham is co-owner and president of ADP/Statewide Insurance Agencies Inc. in Cedar Knolls, N.J.

A PIANJ member since 1989, Cunningham served as vice president of the association in 2007-2010, treasurer in 2006-2007, and secretary for the 2005-2006 term. She is vice president and chairperson of the PIANJ Women’s Business Forum and vice president of the Government Affairs Committee. She is a member of the Executive/Budget & Finance Committee. Cunningham also is an ex- officio member of the Northwest Advisory Council.

Active in her community, Cunningham is treasurer and a member of the board of directors for the Family Reach Foundation. She served as chairperson of the Orange Head Start Program and is a past president of the Orange Chamber of Commerce. A former treasurer of the Orange Rotary Club, Cunningham also is past chairperson of the Manton B. Metcalf Memorial Association.

PIANJ is a trade association representing professional, independent insurance agencies, brokerages and their employees throughout the state.
